PART-2(Ravi’s World) What happened next?
Sometime after Ravi came to his home and started a long journey to New Delhi! His place! His start and End. He could see his mother and his sister’s face in Every Flight’s Employee and passengers. Before his Sister, he could see his mother on the other side of the window. Mr. Sharma was in a car was waiting for him at the New Delhi Airport.
So many people were there, When Ravi reached, their concentration came to him. Some people were chatting with their self-looking at him with curve eyes. Swapna! His sister was sitting on the floor near to her his mother was sleeping. His mother was no more at that time.
Swapna came to Ravi and hugged him. “Bhai! Mother has gone. “With a crying face, she told. He cleaned her tears and told her. “Don’t Cry I am here” with signs He told her.
His mother was sleeping on a bed. Her face was like that she wants to say something. He stopped his tears. Maybe Swapna was there that’s why…. After that Ravi came to his room and his eye leaves could not stop my tears. He was shouting in that room like a child. He had forgotten that voice was not given to him. He can’t speak with himself also. His mother was his voice.
Two years ago. Ravi was suffering from Brain malaria. His condition was so poor. He was admitted to a hospital. Very heavy pains were coming. Sometimes the pains were unbearable. He was crying with pain but when his mother’s hands were touching his head, he had forgotten the pains. In the hospital, his mother did not take rest till the end of his recovery. No idea, how many Pujas his mother did for his health.
Today when Ravi was crying, he could miss his mother’s touch. Why she had not come today? For his pain! With her magic touch! That magic touch was the toughest medicine in his life whether it was for health or heart. She was an engineer. Ravi has heard from others for him. She had left her job. Because in his childhood he was very often suffering from fever so as the advice of his father. His father was a doctor.
Suddenly Ravi’s room door got open and a hand patted slowly. Swapna was there. She came near to him and hugged him. “Please! Don’t be hopeless. I am there with you.” She told to him. After some time she wiped his tears. “Your Last work has to be done yet. “She told. Ravi agreed with her with his head gesture.
After that day, Ravi’s life was empty without Swapna. Because as an elder he had a great responsibility of Swapna. His parents had given him hugely that, He had to do at that time. He was feeling very older. Ravi had forgotten to smile.
Last time, when Ravi had come here one day, on a fine sunny cool morning his mother called him. He came near to his mother, she told Ravi to take her wheelchair to their garden. She was looking very weak. Her eyes were wanting to talk with Ravi about a bounded mystery. Like a great book had to open in front of him and everyone had known about, except Ravi.
She told Ravi “Ravi! I am getting older. You are the eldest. You have to take care of all your family and friends. I don’t know when I will pass away.” Ravi stopped her. “Why! You are talking like this. You are too young. Even younger than me” Ravi told her in signs. She smiled a little and told, “Is it necessary to go? I don’t want that, you will not be there at my Last time”.
Like she was watching the future. The next day Ravi’s flight was morning 4.30 AM. He had not realized that the talk with his mother would be the last in his life. Suddenly Swapna came and Ravi came out from his Mother’s memory. He was on his bed. There was a diary in Swapna’s hand. “Bhai! You are thinking about Mom …..!” She told Ravi. “Yes. “Ravi replied. “I am thinking about you. You are coming with me to Hyderabad.” He told with signs.
Some drops of water were there for a long time they were trying to come out. After Ravi’s words, she could not stop her tears, so two drops came unknowingly. “Bhai! You are my everything. Father, Mother both are you and my best friend not from now from my birth.” she told Ravi. “Bhai! Mother had given something for you.” What was that Ravi’s mother was wanting to give him? He was thinking about his mother. She gave me a diary. What was there in the diary? Is there anything, He did not know till that time? When she had given a diary this type of question was coming to his mind. He did not know his life was on a new track to an unknown destination.
